*Orders are processed Monday through Sunday. Tracking is sent out once order is processed. (shipping is 3-5 business days)
* If address changes need to be made to your order, please e-mail bbrekreations@gmail.com within 24hrs of placing your order.
* Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped which would include your tracking number
* If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to show
* International order, please allow 7-21 business days for you to receive your order ~ once your order is outside of the U.S, it is your responsibility to follow up with your tracking info.

Return Policy
All sales are final & can’t be cancelled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons
If a product is damage (manufacturing damage), we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of a damage product is provided & the damage item is shipped back to us (we are not responsible for shipping charges) ~ we can’t replace, or exchange used item
Please be advised we do not refund money by any circumstances
If the shipping address provided is incorrect & the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are liable for the extra shipping fee for us to ship it again
